Lawrence-Dumont Stadium
It’s seen many renovations since it was built in 1934 as a WPA project, but today this concrete stadium is home to the Wichita Wingnuts of the American Association of Independent Baseball and to the National Baseball Congress World Series. The Walk of Fame is beyond the outfield inside the ballpark. A monument to stadium promoter Raymond "Hap" Dumont stands at McLean and Maple, outside the stadium.
